Are you ready to jump in to help our PR team with media relations, content development and other related communications activities for our healthcare, bioscience and life science clients?

We are looking for communicators that are passionate about telling meaningful and impactful stories about our clients and their technologies to journalists. You need to be persuasive and translate science simply, using creativity, analytics, media relations and social media skills to drive conversations forward in meaningful ways.

This role sits within the PR department but also works seamlessly as part of a larger agency team to facilitate integrated marketing communications campaigns for our clients.

The ideal person has a B.S., M.S. or PhD and has some experience with PR and marketing, either agency-side or client side.


  • Develop a strong relationship with client contact(s); act as a colleague to client teams and our internal PR team.
  • Develop, coordinate and execute media outreach programs including development of creative pitches to journalists, setting up interviews, ghost-writing articles as they are accepted and finding unique ways to connect client-with-media.
  • Application of key client information, including general business strategy, competitive industry trends and issues, competitive intelligence and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrate practical understanding of digital landscape and social media and how to incorporate into client programs.
  • Proven ability to write a variety of materials including client messaging documents, press releases, long-form articles, social media posts, and most importantly, media pitches, by-lined articles and persuasive client communications.
  • Function as an agency subject matter expert in client-facing discussions and for the internal team.
  • Develop tactical communications plans for clients, as needed.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly PR reporting.
  • Assist in managing account executives and interns as assigned
  • Work with content and marketing teams when appropriate


  • B.S., M.S. or PhD in life sciences-related field (biology, chemistry, data analytics, AI, engineering)
